Christopher Louden  
Christopher Louden, Managing Director
Chris joined Protiviti in 2006 with the acquisition of Enspier, of which he was a founding partner. Chris has more than 18 years of experience in information technology services. He has expertise in identity management, including federation, inter-federation, Public Key Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, and Services Oriented Architecture. His key clients are the National Institutes of Health and the General Services Administration. Chris is a key contributor to the U.S. Federal Government Identity, Credential, and Access Management Subcommittee, serving as chair for the Architecture Working Group (AWG) and PKI Technical Advisory Group (TAG), as well as the Technical Lead for the Federal PKI Management Authority. As a recognized expert in his field, Chris is a regular podium speaker in the areas of inter-federation, Public Key Infrastructure and Identity and Access Management. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mary Washington College and a Masters of Science degree from George Mason University.
John Diduro



John Diduro, Director
John is an IT security professional with more than 30 years of professional experience including 16 years delivering consulting services to public sector organizations. Prior to joining Protiviti Government Services in 2011, John spent 11 years with LMI where he was responsible for establishing LMI’s cybersecurity practice. At Protiviti, John leads a team of Protiviti security professionals who specialize in the NIST Risk Management Framework, NIST special publications focused on security and privacy (the NIST “800 series”) and FISMA.  His current Federal clients include the National Institute of Health, General Services Administration, and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.  John also supports a number of Protiviti commercial engagements when FISMA expertise is required in delivery, and is leading Protiviti’s initiative to exchange cybersecurity information, and engaging in analytical collaboration on cybersecurity issues with commercial enterprises.


Elizabeth Povenmire
Elizabeth is an accomplished corporate leader with over 20 years of experience advising the U.S. federal government on high profile initiatives involving systems implementation, integrated technology and process improvement.  Her areas of expertise span IT deployment, business transformation, process reengineering, identity & access management (IAM) and information operations.  Among the multiple contracts she currently oversees is a large program providing trust infrastructure services to support federal organizations in meeting their identity management and data security goals.  Clients include GSA, SEC, IRS, the House of Representatives, DoD and DoS.  Elizabeth also manages operations for Protiviti Government Services, leading day-to-day activities, advising personnel resources and streamlining processes. She combines outstanding communications and facilitation skills with process, identity management, and technology expertise to design and implement creative, integrated solutions.  A certified project management professional (PMP), Elizabeth holds further certifications in ITILv3, CIPP/G, Security+ and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.  She graduated manga cum laude from Tufts University.
Dennis Cronyn



Dennis Cronyn, Associate Director
Dennis is an Associate Director in Protiviti’s Government Services office and a member of the global “Business Operations and Improvement” solutions team. Prior to joining Protiviti as a founder he spent two years with Arthur Andersen, a large public accounting and consulting firm, supervising and executing business consulting engagements. He has twenty-one (21) years of consulting and program / project management experience. He specializes in quality management system consulting, business process re-engineering (BPR), project / program management, and internal audit / ICOFR.
 
Prior to joining Protiviti / Andersen, Dennis was a naval officer in the military. His prior service includes experience in division leadership, engineering systems management, training organization management, emergency response management, and human resources management.
Kameron Turner



​Kameron Turner, Manager
Kameron is responsible for business development and marketing at Protiviti Government Services. He holds a MBA from Averett University and has more than 15 years’ experience in information technology business development and program management at DISA, The Army, The Navy, USMC, The State Department, GSA and other organizations. Prior to joining Protiviti in 2012, he was a Vice President at Zenetex and a network infrastructure Account Executive at UUNET Technologies. His areas of expertise include IT service management, program management, business development, risk management, training and quality assurance. Kameron holds Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL V.3 Expert, ISO/IEC 20000 Service Manager, ISO/IEC 20000 Internal Auditor, and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
